How It Works
This tool scans your text and capitalizes the first letter of every sentence. It detects sentence boundaries by looking for periods (.), exclamation marks (!), and question marks (?) followed by a space or newline. Each sentence's first word gets an uppercase first letter, while the rest stays as you wrote it.
Why Capitalize Your Text?
FAQs
Q: Does this affect words that should stay lowercase?
A: It only capitalizes the first letter of the first word in each sentence. Words like "iPhone" or "eBay" inside a sentence are not affected.
Q: Does it handle abbreviations like "U.S.A."?
A: Abbreviations with multiple periods may be treated as sentence breaks. We recommend reviewing the result.
Q: Is there a text limit?
A: No, the tool works with any amount of text.
